Cutstudio not working

Anyone else's cutstudio suddenly stopped working? Using illustrator 2024, cutstuduo plugin 3.4.4 and cutstudio 3.14 app.

Connection is fine, when i got to cut, my gs-24 lights up blue, the motor loads like it's about to cut then nothing.

 

Did a fresh install of illustrator 2024 and cutstudio on another desktop and I get the same issue.

 

Tried xfcut and worked fine so not a hardware issue.

    I have a Mac and it is doing the same thing to me. Does anyone have the solution for Mac?

    Same problem! I have a Roland GR-640... useless plugin.

    the problem is not solved with previous versions of illustrator... unfortunately.

    Was the plugin working with Illustrator 2024 previously? I'm wondering if it might be necessary to roll the Illustrator installation back to a previous point-release update or even the 2023 version.
