hi, I am making a design that include letters, one of the letters is B and has the inside 2 things, I filled the outside of the letter B and want to remove the inside so its transparent.

Is this already a clipping mask? In that case you would need to release it first, then make a compound path from everything and then create the clipping mask again.
In case it's not a clipping mask, just go ahead and create a compound path.
