d'une erreur indéterminée [UKCO] après la mise à jour d'illustrator v27.8

Bonjour,

Depuis ce matin Illustrator affiche une fenêtre d'erreur à chaque clic :

"impossible d'effectuer l'opération en raison d'une erreur indéterminée [UKCO]"

Le logiciel est à jour et il n'y a aucun problème de compatibilité système.

Je l'ai désintallé et réinstallé mais rien n'y fait.

Comment corriger ce problème ?

      We understand the frustration you're facing with the "UKCO" error in Illustrator 27.8. The product team is aware of this issue and has already worked on a fix. You can expect the resolution in the next release. To stay updated and receive the fix, I recommend upvoting this UserVoice (https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/47043832-illust...)

      In the meantime, you can try a workaround by removing the "Vectorizing Presets" from the preferences folder. Please note that any custom presets created in the previous releases for image trace might not appear after deleting this file.

       

      Preferences folder location:

      Windows - " %AppData%\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 27 Settings "

      Copy & paste this location into the My PC address bar.

      Mac - " ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 27 Settings "


      Note: Location starting with this "~" sign indicates the User Library, which is hidden. So, you need to copy & paste the exact path in spotlight search or from Finder Menu > Go > Go to Folder > Paste the location in the dialog box like this:

      Désinstallation puis installation de la version précédente et je n'ai plus ce message. Merci pour l'astuce!

      Bonjour à tous
      Je viens de faire la mise à jour d'illustrator V27.8 et j'ai cette fenêtre d'alerte qui s'ouvre au démarrage et sans arrêt ensuite. Je n'ai plus accès à la vectorisation des images.
      Que puis-je faire ? est-ce à cause des extensions ?

      There are more mentions of this problem recently.

      You can go back to a previous version like 27.5 or earlier

      In the CC app go to Apps > All Apps

      Next to Illustrator you will see 3 dots

      Click and select Other Versions

      You can Uninstall Illustrator and install the previous version or leave the current Illustrator installed and install an additional previous version.

        Je vous remercie pour votre aide. J'ai installé la version antérieure 27.5 en suivant vos indication et je n'ai plus de message d'erreur.
        Ouf je peux travailler tranquillement !!

        Le mieux est de revenir à la version antérieure en attendant une solution d'Adobe.

        Dans Creative Cloud cliquer sur les 3 points et choisir "Autres versions" pour installer la version 27.7
