this is a single path with 5 length dash and 6 length gap but the dashes are not consistent through out, I tried changing the properties of the dashes and length etc but still this end is larger dash. How to fix?

It looks like you have a partial path segment on top of the full path on that side. Make sure you don't have an errant pasted one, as this can "start" the dash at a different position and cause the effect you're seeing.

You can try switching between these 2 settings. However, neither will probably give you exact dash length and spaces length.

For more accuracy you could try creating the path with a solid stroke and applying a brush.

the brush would look something like this:

In Outline view it would look like this -- there needs to be a rectangle with no fill and no stroke BEHIND the dash and space.

In the Brushes panel, choose Pattern Brush and Approximate Path.
