Default colors settings don't show properly

Actually I am using illustrator portable version. If you look like my Screenshot there I want to know why "working Space" RGB & CMYK Color mode are Other?

I believe this is because 'Emulate Adobe Illustrator 6.0' turns off colour management.

I don't understand the question. The only 'illustrator portable version' is Illustrator Draw. You screenshot isn't from Draw, but the normal desktop version of Illustrator.

When I used for editing file then I faced my Photoshop spot color  don't show properly after then I have collected  that screenshot without open any document file. I have tried to find out solution but I couldn't have gotten then I went color setting in adobe Photoshop and illustrator at that time i found this problem. I hope if it will solve then I could be continued my work.

One think before that when i open cs version then I saw there wasn't type "other" If you look my another screenshot then I hope you could understand.

You should learn how to use color management and then avoid the setting "Illustrator 6 compatible"

There are books and trainings (on LinkedIn Learning - not free) about the subject.

"Portable version" usually refers to a pirated copy. If that is the case for you, it might actually be risky to use it because it might install malware of all sorts.
