Default file format when exporting

I can't seem to change the default file format in the export panel. Can anyone check what the default file format you see when when you open File>Export>Export for screens?

Mine is stuck on PDF, though I remember it being on PNG. It's annoying to change it every time. If I export something using PNG, the next time I open the export window PNG is still selected. The file format resets to PDF when I restart Illustrator. Is this a bug?
