Desperately looking for AdobeIllustrator_CS6_16_0_5.dmg

Hi there,
we've one single mac with an old licence for a Creative Suite CS6.
We can't upgrade it to the cc (not an economic problem) but a program problem.
All the package are working properly, except Illustrator.
We just need to download this file: AdobeIllustrator_CS6_16_0_5.dmg

Don't need an upgrade, don't need to review our adobe plan, just need the file please.

    Laura,

     

    I have tried to alert an Adobe friend who may be able to (get) help with the file; by the name I believe it is part of the 16.0.5 update.

     

    Carlos, do you know whether customer service can also provide updates?

    Older versions are not available anymore in the CC App but you can call customer service and ask for a CS6 download link, those should still be available for paying customers.

    I don't know the answer to your problem but I know this will become a more common thing as time goes on. Are there some programs which are compatible with CS6 that just cannot do new versions of Ai?
