difficulty exporting to Jpeg

I am having difficulty exporting my drawings in Jpeg format at high quality. I get an error message saying unable to export, please choose another quality and try again. But then I have to repeat the process all over again until I find a resolution that works. This is very frustrating especially considering that I had other projects at this same resolution that exported sucessfully. Any tips on how to solve this issue?
