Direct selecting paths is too accurate on 4k monitor

When trying to select paths with stroke I struggle to actually select any paths as it requires my cursor to be pixel-perfect with the path to select.

 

Heres a diagram with red showing where I have to select to highlight each stroke.

 

 

My current settings for selection ^

I am using windows 11 with 150% windows scaling.
