direct selection tool/anchor point moving slow

Trying to adjust a line using the direct select tool & anchor point tool, but moving very slow & won't allow me to get the curve I want. Thoughts??

When was the last time you relaunched it?

We can't see inside your head or into your computer.

So you might contact support and while they can't see inside your head either, they can log into your computer.

You need to be logged in. At the bottom of the page there should be the chat option.
