Discover panel and Quick actions

Hi everyone,
I am using illustratr v.27.0. There is only one feature in my "quick actions" panel, which is one of the new features. Where are the others? 🙂

For example; When I want to get the "neon" application from the Adobe web, it enters a loop like "downloading sample file". I would be glad if you help.

Have you tried either restarting AI or your computer? If so, you may need to re-install AI.

yes i reinstalled ai 2-3 times but the result does not change

There is no problem with the internet, I think I have logged out and logged back in 10 times. It's very interesting, when I searched the internet, no one had this problem.
