I suspect that the issue is the question marks that are showing where some of the interface text should be. 

If that is the case, this is likely to have been casued by a missing System Font.

已經嘗試過將軟體卸載，重新安裝過很多次，

還是出現這樣的狀況。

軟體是透過 Creative cloud 下載，

嘗試過下載最新版，也嘗試過下載不同版本，

但是都還是一樣。
