Hi. Looks like the Menus are in Japanese (or similar) language. That's the issue? Please try resetting the preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/user-guide.html/no/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.ug.html

If English is not your mother tongue and you can't find the necessary words, please write in your mother tongue. We can use translation on it.

Legend

I suspect that the issue is the question marks that are showing where some of the interface text should be.

If that is the case, this is likely to have been casued by a missing System Font.
