Distributing text along a circular path evenly

Explorer ,
Sep 16, 2019 Sep 16, 2019

I am trying to get four words spaced evenly around a circle. I typed in the four words using type on a path. They do not go completely around the circle. How do I distribute them evenly so they go around the entire circle without having to eyeball and add space using the space bar between each word?

Ok. Why not try to Justify all lines. I also play with the Type on a Path options to better track the words and spacing. Hope this answers your question.

Thank you! This worked! I just have to play with the start and end points a bit otherwise the first and last word are squished together.

Use two paths. Set up the top ones, copy and paste in front, flip the type to the other side of the path, and adjust baseline shift and the positioning of the words. As you see in the Layers panel, you may have to type the words or word  groups such that the left words are on the right and conversely, depending on where you click on the circle to start with.
