When saving a print preset, the setting in Advanced of "Print as Bitmap" is not saved when you save the current settings as a preset. It is always set to on.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Print dialog
2. Select the Advanced pane from the left
3. De-select "Print as Bitmap"
4. Click the "Save as preset" icon
5. Select some other preset from the Print Preset drop down
6. Select the preset that was saved in step 4
7. Go to either the advanced pane or the summary pane and observe that "Print as Bitmap" is selected on the advanced pane and has a value of "On" in the summary
It is expected that when this setting is off, and a preset is created, the preset would also have the setting as off.. Instead, the saved preset has a value of on.
As a difficult workaround, if the preset is exported from the "Edit > Print Presets" dialog the exported text file can be modified by hand to change the value of "job.printasbitmap" from a 1 to a 0. When this file is then imported back into the print presets THEN the setting is properly recorded.
This was found on version 28.0 on macOS Sonoma 14.0
