Does anyone know how to create letters like this?

I'm trying to figure out how to create letters like the "Yeezy" letters in this image. Any info helps! Thank you!

Looks like a font, since the E are the same.

If you can't find the font: just draw them that way. There's no effect or one-button-solution.

Convert the text to outline and have fun playing with the pen tool to create your own dripping text.

Use the image you posted as a template, create a new layer as your artwork layer > use the Pencil tool and draw the "forms" of the "Y", "E", and "Z" > copy the E and Y to complete the word.  I sense you could probably "improve" the fonts, because even grunge type like that can be improved.
