Does anyone know what this art style is called? I want to find a tutorial to learn how to do it on illustrator but I don't know what it's called. Images are not mine... just found on google

I would probably search for posterization.

 

Basically you have to draw the shapes and then color them. You probably won't find photos with that perfect lighting.

    Typical advertising poster from the early part of the 20th century. Similar to stuff done by Maxfield Parrish or WPA artists in the 30's.
