Hi, I have thousands of .ai photos (in folders) stored on Creative Cloud in "Your Files"-->"Cloud Documents". All I want to do is have those photos downloaded to my desktop computer without having to open each one and doing File-->Save As. I know that this is possible through the "Synced files" tab option, but I cannot figure out how to move the folders/pictures from "Cloud Documents" to "Synced files".

Did you try to Shift select them in the CC app and use: Ctrl Click > Download?

Yes, but when I Control Click the only options are Duplicate, Move, and Delete. When I click Move, the only options are to select a folder that are in my Creative Cloud app. There's no option to download. Why won't CC let me download my own work? This is driving me crazy.

Hello @Victoria27442453igf3,

Thanks for reaching out. As suggested by Doug and Ton, you may download the Cloud Documents from the Adobe Creative Cloud application installed on your computer under the Files tab by CTRL+Clicking multiple files and then right-clicking to download to a folder.
Please note that this will not work with Folders.

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks,

Anubhav
