Draw simple tapered line

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so let me know. But I am trying to create a dividing line similar to this one however without the center design. So pretty much just a tapered line on both sides. I am struggling to figure out how to do this on Illustrator and would love to be pointed in the right direction.

if anyone has some ideas for simple horizontal dividers to divide two lines of a logo that would be amazing too!
