Both images are screenshots of the PDF versions of this file.

I work for a company that prints product labels. The label on the left was sent to me as an Illustrator file. I need to update the copy. When I go to save it as a PDF and print it, it shows up like the image on the right. How do I print this file so that it looks like the image on the left?

Hi. It looks like a transparency flattening issue, ¿Which PDF preset are you using?

It was RGB and you converted it to CMYK?

I think I would select that part with the glowing including its background and then convert it to pixels at sufficient resolution. Then do the conversion to CMYK. Of course make a copy of the file.
