DXF Files not opening

New Here ,

Is anyone else having issues opening DXF files

& when i try to open one it gives me this prompt

When i click either option it does not give me all the layers that are in the file

This never happened before when i opened DXF files

Is their any suggestions of how i can open DXf files again
