DXF format not translating properly?

I'm having a lot of issues getting a logo prepped to be cut on a water jet. I've finished the design prep on illustrator and exported as DXF. The operation that is supposed to cut it for me has no issues with the file on his cad software, but when it reads out on the water jet (flow), the lettering gets all funky.

Hello @Evan25414573xucg,

Sorry to hear about this experience. Can you test the output DXF file on a different program and check if it renders correctly? If yes, I would suggest contacting FlowWaterJet to check if there is a problem.

Kindly update this thread if you need further assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks,

Anubhav
