i am very new to AI. I need to quickly import a path fro Photoshop and Export to DXF. I have imported the path, but bave no idea if I am exporting correctly. With little time to experiment, I am hoping I am on the right track. I need to create over 100 files so I want to ensure I am doing right before I get too far. I do not even know what I am exporting currently and no tutorials are addressing this issue. TIA

Well, no offense, if your research is based on such vague terminology then inevitably nothing will turn up. It's in no way clear for what purpose and what specification you even need to export your DXFs, what version of AI you are using and so on. You need to be much more specific. That said, currently DXF handling in AI is a nightmare since various such features have been removed, so perhaps consider using another program or different methodology, anyway.
