Hi,

My first post.

I downloaded a free editable Illustrator text effect file (pic below) and……

I want to: keep the existing text style (colour/gradient/stroke), which ive manage to do....

BUT I want to REMOVE: the current vanishing point (currently sloping downwards - Pic 1), and EDIT it, so the vanishing point recedes to the middle (between the letters T and B as circled and highlighted with the yellow lines - Pic 2).

Can the current vanishing point be edited accordingly, or do I have to start from scratch?

Thank you all.

You can open that fill and find some effects in there, probably transform effects.

Open that effect and adjust the settings. You will have to figure out by trying the settings.

Tried that. Theres only an option to increase/decrease the size of the depth, but CANT see option to move the vanishing point to my desired effect. Unless im missing something?

You cannot move the vanishing point. You can only adjust options that cause it to look like it's moving. Also you might have to do that for a couple of fills.

It would really help, if we could see more of that appearance stack.
