Hi All

I have recieve an Ai file from a company which I am creating graphics for. I am not an expert in Illustrator, and I can't figure out how to use that properly in Indesign. I found a pattern in one of the Ai files that I want to use, but I want to remove the background because I work in CMYK and the file is in RGB - Any idea how to fix it? Is there a way to merge those gradients to the squares?

Looks like one of these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tiqm5hdQA5A

You should be able to delete the background in Illustrator and then use this file in InDesign, but only if transparency blending color space in InDesign is set to RGB. Which you might or might not want for several reasons.
