Can you first check if the file is associated with the correct application?

Since you saved them in the Creative Clouds files folder, can you check (right click) if it can be opened in CC Website.

And if so can you try to restore a previous saved version?

Can you please type the message, so we can automatically translate it?

Also:Which version and system is it?

Exactly where are you trying to save the files?

Which functions have you been using in the files? Text, placed images, effects, transparency ...
