Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I checked the error screenshot, and the Illustrator is not installed locally on C: Drive, which is the default and recommended install location. In addition to @sishamIAGD suggestion, you can try installing locally on C: Drive or on the drive in which Windows is installed.

Also, in the past, this error has been resolved by updating Windows 10.

You may need to uninstall, clean and then try reinstalling to resolve this.
