Envelop Distort Help (w/ mesh)

Hi, 

I am trying to create a wavy looking text using the envelope distort tool using the mesh grid, but when I go to move a section not all of the text follows along (refer to the image below). All the straight lines of the text stay put rather than bending. If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this that would be great!

Is there an option to make it larger?

What happens if you set the Fidelity high in the Envelope options?

When type size is small, 12pt, the distorsion is somewhat undetailed, unpolished, Ton is right pointing to the Fidelity option.

It must be moved up to about 100% from default 50%.
