How to create EPS file that can be opened in Ai app? I gave EPS extension to PNG file to created it. But it refused to open in Ai. I use WINDOWS 11.

Changing an extension does just that. it does not change the file.

Calling an apple a banana does not change the apple into a banana.

If you want to create a .eps file you need an application that can save as .eps

Why do you want .eps files and what kind of content do you want to save as .eps?

I have found the method of getting EPS file.

That will not work with a PNG.

Just create a new file in Illustrator (RGB), draw some shapes, and then save as EPS.
