Erro ao arrastar fotos para criação

Boa tarde. Não consigo arrastar, editar, abrir fotos no illustrador. Aparece a mensagem "Não foi possivel ler o arquivo por causa de um erro", apenas.

    O mesmo está acontecendo comigo. Qualquer foto da extensão .JPG não está sendo aceita ao arrastar e/ou inserir no Illustrator.

    Are the JPGs a standard 8-bit or are they the 16-bit variety from a cell phone? Try opening the images in Photoshop and resave them as 8-bit.

    Which file format are the images?

    Can you create a new file and then place them in it?

     

    You won't be able to edit photos in Illustrator. That is a job for Photoshop.

    It's .JPG, I think. We don't want to edit on Illustrator, We just want to place to use.
