Error 146 ILLUSTRATOR

en el registro de error me indica que esta carpeta ETR570.tmp mueva a otra dirección, 1 no existe en la ruta citada esta carpeta y 2 tiene un error la carpeta a la que debo mover esta previa carpeta

Error 1392 El archivo o directorio está dañado o es ilegible.. Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder,

Hello everyone and tried to install the software in different ways, I realize that it could be a conflict between the latest updates of WINDOWS and ADOBE in my specific case ILLUSTRATOR,

1) Uninstall all CC including preferences
2) Disable all antivirus settings
3) Install previous versions
4) I followed the path but the file does not exist
(C:\adobeTemp\ETR3EDA.tmp\2\StagingArea\Application\SupportFiles\Contents\Windows\CEPHtmlEngine\locales\am.pak").
5) Provide the copy path and the file is damaged or unreadable.

There is a flaw in the file provider by ADOBE, otherwise it would have problems in all software

Hola a todos e intentado realizar la instalación del software de diferentes maneras, me doy cuenta que podría ser un conflicto entre las últimas actualizaciones de WINDOWS y ADOBE en mi caso específico ILUSTRADOR,

1) Desinstale todo CC incluso las preferencias
2) Desactive todas las configuraciones de antivirus
3) Instale versiones anteriores
4) Seguí la ruta pero no existe el archivo
(C:\adobeTemp\ETR3EDA.tmp\2\StagingArea\Application\SupportFiles\Contents\Windows\CEPHtmlEngine\locales\am.pak").
5) Prove la ruta de copia y el archivo esta dañado o es ilegible.

Hay una falla en el proveedor de archivos por parte de ADOBE, de no ser así tendría problemas en todos los softwares.
