error 16 windows 10, help of adobe suport didnt work!!!

I have tried the support on the website (SLStore and file explorer) and none of it has worked. I have even tried uninstalling and installing but again that hasn't worked. I have windows 10 if that helps.

    What exactly is happening?

    Does it crash?

    Does it launch?

    me descargue illustrator cc desde adobe creative cloud. cuando lo quiero abrir, me salta el error 16, segui los pasos de adobe support, para error 16, para windows 10, y me sigue tirando el mismo error.
