No se porque pero muchos de mis documentos salen de esa manera alguien me puede ayudar ? con ese error dice que hay que guardar de nuevo y que es solo lectura

Are they located on a server or a folder that syncs to the cloud (like DropBox)?

Try to move them to the desktop and save them locally.
