Error al procesar la apariencia de un objeto

Alguien me puede explicar porque se da esto , restableci las preferencias , borre el cache , tambien desintale ilustrator , pero sigue aparciendo esto y no me deja inflar , ni iponer en 3D las formas,

Toqué el casillero "expandir forma" teniendo seleccionado una forma y el casillero se borró, como indico en la las otras fotos. Así que el error sólo salta con ese objeto. Si pruebas a deformar/modificar el objeto que no tiene el casillero "expandir forma", verás que no te salta el error. Por lo tanto, borra el que tira el error y listo. Nota: si no lo borras, al iniciar Illustrator de nuevo, te volverá a aparecer la ventana con el error.

How much RAM is installed and how large is the object?

Did you already try and reboot the system and then launch only Illustrator? Do not launch your browser.

I have 16 gb of RAM installed, and I have tried with several not complex shapes and texts, in every oportunity i have the same problem!
Since you posted this, i have also tried launching only Illustrator with no other apps, and the problem still persists.

cuando illustrator muestra ese error salgo de la aplicación y vuelvo a entrar pero me sigue tirando ese error. la versión está actualizada
