Hello, does anyone have this problem?

    Getting the same error on my Premiere Pro. I've tried this, and it has done nothing.

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind checking if Illustrator behaves this way when connected to a different network? If yes, kindly try the suggestions shared here (https://adobe.ly/3UFBrtD) to see if they help.

    Also, try running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.
