Error Code- Ilustrator

Question

Idk what else to do. Everytime i try opening Adobe Illustrator it gives me this error code: MSCVP140_CODECVT_IDS.dll. I have know idea what this means. Also ive already trying unintsalling and reinstalling both the program and creative cloud many times. Im at my wits end is there any way to fix this please/

This DLL is part of the 'Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables' and it looks like it's missing on your device.

Try downloading the redistributable packs - both X86 and X64 - below, install them and see if that fixes your issue:
