Error desconocido en Calco de imagen en Illustrator

Hola, desde que descargué Illustrator y quiero calcar imagen en logotipo blanco y negro; me aparece un error desconocido y la imágen se vuelve totalmente blanca. Esto me ha pasado en varias ocasiones, a veces se arregla solo y cuando abro el programa está como nuevo, sin ningún archivo previamente guardado. ¿Alguien que me ayude a solucionarlo, por favor? Gracias.

    Aunque en mi máquina de 64 bits y 12 gb de Ram si funcionó bien.

      Try adjusting the Paths, Corners and Colors while tracing the image. This may help in making the image little bit faster to process.

      If that doesn't help either, please uncheck the GPU performance from Illustrator Preferences and let us know if that helps.

      Tengo exactamente el mismo problema. Y fui a rendimiento de GPU pero dice que no está disponible para 32 bits. No sé cómo resolverlo.
