Error en la barra de herramientas de Illustrator

Hola ¿Cómo están?

Cuento con una problema en la barra de herramientas, me aparecen herramientas no habilitadas y ya reinicie las preferencias de la aplicación y aún asi no ha funcionado.

 

Me gustaria saber como solucionarlo.

What you show is the way to create a custom toolbar.

Try: Window > Toolbars > Advanced to get all the tools in your toolbar.
