Error en recurso grafico

Hola chicos, estoy teniendo inconvenientes al abrir un recurso grafico,cada vez que accedo a el , falla la imagen se pone negra y blanca. Lo adquiri con licencia hace un par de meses y la verdad no se que puede estar ocurriendo. Agradeceria info.
