I can't do a lot of things on illustrator. It feels like it crashes completely when I start illustrator. I get a charge of circle like this all the time with my mouse. I also can't click on files or other things at the top of the bar. Nothing works. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before?

Hi @Jairo34681358h7bk,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with Adobe Illustrator. To better assist you, could you please provide more details about your system? Specifically, we'd like to know about your operating system, system specifications (RAM, CPU, etc.), and the version of Illustrator you are using.

Additionally, since you mentioned a spinning circle and difficulty clicking on files or options, it might be worth checking if there are any issues with your mouse or keyboard. You can try using an on-screen keyboard to see if any key is not getting pressed in the background. The key will be highlighted if it is getting pressed.

If possible, try launching Illustrator in OS safe mode to rule out any third-party plugins or extensions causing conflicts.

Once we have more information, we can provide more targeted assistance to help resolve the issue.

Best regards,

Anshul Saini
