Error installing Adobe Illustrator CS4 on Windows 10

Question

Hi I am trying to install Adobe Illustrator CS4 on Windows10 and the following error keeps popping up:

"Critical errors were found in setup. Please see the setup log for details"

Here is what I have tried so far based on other forum discussions without any luck:

1) Used "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool".

2) Uninstalled all Adobe products on my laptop.

3) Tried installing the software on a Guest user profile on my laptop.

4) Ran the "Cleanup Script for Adobe CS4"

My laptop details are:

OS: Windows 10

RAM: 16 GB

Storage: 1TB SSD

Processor: Intel i7-6700 HQ CPU@2.60 GHz

System Type: 64-Bit OS, x64-based processor

CS4 is a 32 bit application. Did you install it in compatibility mode?https://www.howtogeek.com/228689/how-to-make-old-programs-work-on-windows-10/
