Error openning Illustrator file. ([...] Startup Scripts CC\Adobe inDesign\indesign [...])

Error in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Startup Scripts CC\Adobe inDesign\indesign-v19,0.jsx Linha 1: Erro de E/S

I close this window, and the program runs normally. 

But the Start-Up Menu ins't available. I have to acess the classic Start-Up menu.

How could I fix it?
