Error report Illustrator

Hi everybody, I cannot open Illustrator. I uninstalled the program, I did removed all Illustrator related folders manually but there is no result.

Did you run the Cleaner Tool between uninstall and reinstall?

It is showing also this message. Do I have to run the cleaner tool? I have a problem only with Illustrator, the other programs are just fine. Thank you for your help!
