Error when I view outline

There's this shadow/ black rectangle that covers my work when i enter outline view mode. Does anyone know why? i tried to redo the whole thing again but the black rectangle still appears after i got my desired effect. It seems perfectly fine until I expand the shape so that the stroke thickness is fixed. also when i was doing the other letters, i didn't get the extra inner outline until specifically work i do to form the word summer. please helporiginal templateafter trying to do my work. bottom: before expand. top: after expand

Happens just with this font?

You could try a computer restart or resetting the preferences. Maybe also View > Preview on CPU. But maybe it's just a bad font.

Is that a new document or you have received by some one else?
