Error when wanting to use Pixel Preview

Hi! 

I started my design in regular preview (pixel), then somehow it turned into "white" mode = overprint preview. 

No I ccan't change back to Pixel preview. It changes for a second then says "Error" but not a reason.. 

I would love help!

Can you save your important changes, then close the file, quit Illustrator and reboot the computer?

Is the file large or complex?

It's not a large file. I tried many times to copy everyting and make a new doccument which didnt work. but now i cleaned up my storage and it worked 🙂 thank u
