Error with Illustrator Workspace

Hi, I really need help with Illustrator. 

I opened Illustrator and my home button is gone and workspace opens as a different tab (i dont know how to explain)? I dont know if those issues are connected and how it happend, but i really just need to get everything back to standart look, so please help if you have any ideas
