every app i used got the 'we can't verify your subscription status'

hello

 

window 11 here 

I have been using my university's email and I've got "We can't verify your subscription status" error on Illustrator,Photoshop every app . I tried everything on youtube. I deleting and reinstalling all files but it didnt work. Is this has something to do with my Adobe creative cloud has "File syncing disabled. Contact your IT administrator for details" ?

 

pls help!

So your subscription is via a university? Then can you contact this IT admin?
