Every line and points disappear

New Here ,
Sep 28, 2023 Sep 28, 2023

I had an image of a rocket. When i draw around it with points and lines and connect everything, eveeything gets deleted when i put on single point. I sense that it has something to do with the connection. This has not been a problem before. To note, when i save the file, every line an points disappear.

When you go into View > Outline, are the paths there?

Most probably you do not have a fill or a stroke applied.

You might want to do that.

You are likely clicking at the incorrect position and creating a new path, rather than adding to an existing one.

Try again with the pen tool and not the add anchor point tool,. Hover over the path and do not click until the pen tool cursor changes to add a plus sign. This wil happen when the tip of the pen is over the path.
