Everytime I open illustrator I get annoying prompt

Question

Just this last week, I've been getting this annoying prompt on every ai file I open, including new ones, where there are locked layers or not. It started on 25.1 - I've also updated to 25.2 and it still happens. It happens when I open a file, and then will come up everytime I isolate an object. Driving me insane, anyone else have this?

I can think of any prefs I've changed that would have caused it
