Expecting option to define where should be place, at bottom or top

Hello Friends,

replaceItems is a great script to replace object at targeted place. but while using this script my targeted object replacing at front, but I want to place it at behind it as shown below. 

I am expecting an option at right colum to define me where it should be place at bottom or top in stacking. it will be great help to me.

I would contact the author through the email in the script (all the more so because the script is copyrighted).
